EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT PROGRAM

At Electric Sun, we know that in order to be the best, you must constantly work to gain knowledge and to improve your business. Just as our team members undergo regular training, it is important for salon owners, managers, and employees to stay up-to-date with all aspects of their salon.

When it comes to servicing your equipment, we offer several options, so that our customers can pick the training that is right for them.

EMPLOYEE TRAINING - BASIC

• Proper Cleaning Techniques (acrylics, décor, fans, etc...)
• Equipment Evaluation (identify small problems before they becomes major)
• Cleaning and removing air filters
• Basic Bed functions and operation training
• Any other topic requested by the salon owner or manager

OWNER / MANAGER TECHNICAL TRAINING - INTERMEDIATE

• Removing/Replacing acrylics and lamps
• Accessing electrical panels and components
• Basic Preventative Maintenance (includes A/C Units and Aroma Mist systems)
• Diagnosing Basic Technical issues
• Cleaning Techniques
• Full question and answer session with one of our Head Technicians
